Terms & Conditions
01. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Sculpt & Form Ltd including Pilates (Reformer and Mat), Yoga, Sound Bath sessions, workshops, and events at our premises or online.
By booking or attending a class/session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.
02. Bookings and Payments
All classes must be booked in advance through our website or app. Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our site.
Class packs, memberships, and single sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
03. Cancellations and No-Shows
Group Classes:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class to avoid losing the session credit.
Private Sessions:
Require 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations may be charged at the full rate.
Workshops & Events:
Non-refundable unless cancelled by the studio. You may transfer your spot to another person with prior notice.
Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
04. Health and Safety
You must complete a health waiver prior to your first session.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must notify your instructor prior to class.
Participation is at your own risk. Please work at your own level and inform the instructor if you experience pain or discomfort.
05. Liability Waiver
By participating in any class or event, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt & Form Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after participation in our services, whether online or in-person.
06. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class starts. Mobile phones must be on silent and stored away during class.
Respect others’ space, and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
The studio reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to others.
07. Memberships and Class Packages
Memberships and class packages are valid for the duration specified at purchase.
Expiry dates are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Missed sessions will not be refunded or extended, except in cases of documented medical emergencies.
08. Sound Baths and Events
Sound bath participants should bring their own mat, blanket, and pillow unless otherwise specified.
Due to the meditative nature of the experience, late entry is not permitted.
Sound baths may not be suitable for people with sound sensitivities, certain mental health conditions, or epilepsy. Please consult a healthcare professional if unsure.
09. Privacy
We collect personal information to provide our services. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Schedule or Services
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, substitute instructors, or make changes to the timetable without prior notice.
In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify clients as soon as possible via text, telephone, app facilities, online or social and offer alternatives where feasible.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided in classes or on our website, including class formats, music playlists, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Sculpt & Form Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England . Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
